After reading some of these reviews I had to also add mine since I have had the opposite experience and have had my sprinkler system for 5+ years. I did due diligence and had all the "major companies" that I see in the neighborhood come out and give me an estimate and went with Newman because it was the best priced, completed in a day, but the best selling point was that I did not have to pay the twice a year fee to have someone come out and start it up and shut the system down. I have a self-draining system that has been problem free and with the start up and shut down fees has been a savings of at least $1,000 and adding up by the year. Three times I have had to have them come out and raise the heads due to plant growth, and they have been right there (Greg even gave me his cell number).So, my experience has been terrific.
