Stateway is amazing!!! I shipped my Toyota from Portland,ME to Bismark, ND. The sales agent David did advise me this is a tough route but we have gotten it done before and we will get your car shipped. They advised there would be a deposit charged to my card after a driver assigned to my order. This was amazing because other companies wanted to charge me before I even had a driver assigned. David advised that we have great customer service reps that handle getting these orders assigned to a driver, and that Kate or Mary would be in touch once we had the driver assigned. I understood all the terms and was excited to see how this process worked since it was my first time shipping. I got a call from Kate about 3 days after my first available pickup date to advise that they had a driver assigned to my order and that there was NO DEPOSIT required. That they had waived that deposit to them and i just had to pay the driver at the delivery. Kate explained everything very in depth and answered all my crazy questions about everything for the pickup and delivery. I was so happy that I was able to get my car shipped so fast and efficiently!! I would HIGHLY recommend using Stateway to all of my friends and family. They went over and beyond to get my car assigned to a driver.The customer service I received by Kate was fantastic and as well as the sales rep David.
