I had the absolute pleasure of having Jennifer L. assist me with running a bonus payroll today, and she was beyond helpful despite it being close to 6pm. She had such a great disposition that she made it very easy to talk to her and made our 45 minute or so phone call feel like we were old friends. She was very patient with me, and she answered all my questions thoroughly. Based on our conversation alone I can tell she is a hard worker and great employee. She spoke very positively about her employer and co-workers, which was so refreshing to hear despite the stress level I’m sure she endures with the high volume of calls you may all be receiving around this time.
